Warranty Policy

In keeping with our commitment of providing quality cabinetry, Hamilton Thorne Quality Cabinets Ltd. will supply, free of charge to the original purchaser of our "Quality Cabinets" any parts found to be defective under normal use due to material failure or workmanship. This warranty consists of an automatic non-transferable 3 year period upon registration with Hamilton Thorne Quality Cabinets Ltd. Door hinges, drawer slides, and functional hardware have a life-time warranty and will be replaced if failure occurs at any time.

Warranty Conditions

This is a limited warranty and requires that the purchaser exercise "normal" cabinet care, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, flood, fire, faulty self-installation, acts of God, or other factors which are beyond the reasonable control of Hamilton Thorne Quality Cabinets Ltd.

Materials furnished by contractors / installers that were not provided by Hamilton Thorne Quality Cabinets Ltd. are not covered herein.

While we will make every to provide our customers with a quality product that is pleasing to the eye, our warranty does not cover natural wood grain variations. It is the nature of real hardwood to have a variety of grain textures. It is these variations that typically enhance the natural beauty of hardwood cabinetry. Unusual or wild grain patterns, or differences in color due to the variations in grain are considered industry standard acceptable and will not constitute a reason for replacement.

If a product is found to be defective upon inspection by an authorized representative of Hamilton Thorne Quality Cabinets Ltd, the defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge. This warranty obligation is a Limited Warranty and is for the repair, replacement or credit adjustment of the defective component and those other components integrally associated with our cabinetry.
